Extend A User

To extend a user, click on the "extend user(s) button.

You will then need to fill out the following:

• Users - Which user(s) do you want to extend?
• Subscription - Which subscription would you like to extend on that user(s)
• Unit Of Time To Add - Ex: Days, Weeks, Months...
• Time To Add - The duration. Ex: If you select "Days" for the Unit Of Time To Add, and then enter "1" for Time To Add, the user(s) will be extended by 1 day.
• Active users only - If selected, then only users with active subscriptions will be extended.

Click the "extend" button to extend the user(s).
